Female Griffon 1 Year Old
Vanta is a gorgeous 1 yr old female Griffon, date of Birth 11/06/2020.
Vanta is a young, beautiful Griffon, handed in by her hunter with Danko as she was unwanted excess.
Vanta is a very happy and lively young dog, she shares a kennel with Danko with whom she plays a lot and she can be a little grumpy with him especially around food, so she is fed alone. She could live with playful dogs or as an only dog. Quieter dogs may be a bit overwhelmed with her.
Vanta is extremely loving with people, she is very affectionate, always looking for caresses and cuddles, and within the confines of the shelter she is very obedient, although this would no doubt change on an exciting walk.
Griffons are used in Spain to hunt game like wild boar. They make wonderful pets but can of course be prey driven and recall can be challenging. Please note, this Griffon is also advertised with Spanish Griffon Rescue, a charity we work closely with. You can apply through us or through them.
