Tula is a small girl but what she lacks in size, she makes up for in personality! She’s a crazy charmer, very happy running and playing with the other dogs at the shelter. She’s extremely affectionate and even though she can be a little shy at first, once she trusts you, it seems like she’s known you her whole life!
