Male cross 6 mnths old
Rufus is a gorgeous male pup, just six months old (date of birth 11/11/20).
Rufus arrived at the shelter with his young mother, Canela. He was born in an abandoned house and is completely unsocialised and initially nervous with people. He is however a gorgeous playful and affectionate pup once he gets to know you.
Rufus looks as if he has a large portion of Brittany in his make up, so we should expect an active, intelligent and human focussed dog.
Rufus will only go to a home with a friendly, confident, mid-age or young dog, as this will help his confidence and lack of socialisation. He will need time and patience and training to help him overcome his nerves and lack of socialisation. He could be homed with his mum or separate, but in either case we need a confident dog living in the house.
He will no doubt grow into an active and affectionate companion, he will need the company of friendly dogs at home and he might take well to agility, flyball or canicross.
