Pecas male Brittany 5 yrs old
Pecas is a gorgeous male Brittany, five years old, he is registered with a pedigree (Olaf of PEPPIN), although in the shelter he will always be Pecas (which means Freckles).
His owner kept him with Katy, another Brittany at some kennels he had at the company where he worked (while he was the president of that company) when he retired he brought food every day and released his dogs to run, but one day he suffered a stroke and he was admitted to the hospital very ill. The workers did not want the dogs to be there so their owner agreed to give the dogs to the shelter where they could be put up for adoption.
Pecas is a very affectionate dog, he is very people orientated, always watching people and wanting to be by your side. He is obedient and responds to the call, however in a new home or on exciting walks this could all change. When he was taken to the vets he was extremely nervous and so they have not yet tested him with cats, as he was so scared. He may be nervous in new places initially and will need time and understanding from his adopter.
He walks well on the lead (again this could change) and he is very cheerful and playful with dogs and people including children. He shares a kennel with Katy and they play a lot.
