Marga 4yr old female Brittany
Marga is a really lovely four year old female Brittany. Unlike so many of our dogs her background is a loved pet rather than a hunter’s dog.
Marga appeared as a stray on the street but when she was caught and her chip read it was found that she had escaped from her home. Her owner was an older lady, who lived mainly in town and left Marga to be cared for at her weekend cottage. This was not sustainable for a young active dog and the owner has asked us to find her a good home.
Marga is a really happy, friendly dog. She gets on with all people and dogs and could cope as an only dog. She is an absolute sweetheart and very clean in her kennel at the shelter.
Date of birth 15/06/16
Marga was rescued from mid Spain, as with all our dogs, she will be tested for Mediterranean diseases but as she is from an endemic area, she should be monitored for leish. Read more here..
