English Setter, 4 Years Old
Florette is a 4 year old English setter. She arrived at the shelter with Coco since their hunter no longer wanted them.
Florette is not only a beautiful girl, she’s also so so sweet and affectionate. She stays by your side and leans on you, waiting for a fuss. She was somewhat shy when she first arrived but she’s improved quickly and they say she’s a well balanced girl.
She’s also on the calmer side for a setter too. She walks well on her lead although she is very interested in birds if she sees any.
She has shared a kennel with several dogs now and gets on fine with everybody but she’s not really interested in playing so we think she’d also be ok as an only dog. She’s looking for a cat free home.
She is somewhat deaf but the shelter think she hears most things. She manages well and it doesn’t cause her any problems.
