English Setter, 2 Years Old
Eto is a 2 year old English setter, DOB 20.04.18
Evo and Eto were given to the shelter by their hunter owner because they weren’t good hunters. We think they are brothers but we’re not sure.
The poor boys have been really mistreated. They thrown themselves to the floor in fear of being hit if you raise your hand to stroke them. Even so, they love to have a fuss when they realise you’re not going to hurt them and they just need somebody with the patience to show them they don’t need to be scared any more. They’re very affectionate once they trust you.
Neither of them know how to walk on a lead at the moment. Eto is the more nervous of the two. He’s shared a run with two females and he gets on well with them but he doesn’t play, we’re not sure if he knows how due to his truly rubbish past. He really seeks out human company over dogs so we think he’d do ok as an only dog but he will need adopters who can spend a lot of time with him and bring him out of his shell so he can flourish
