English Setter, 10 Years Old
UPDATE: After a year waiting at the shelter, lucky Dora got to travel to a foster home in Milton Keynes. She’s doing really well and has slotted into family life. She’s a calm girl with a gentle nature who gets on well with other dogs. She’s super affectionate and absolutely loves a cuddle and deserves each and every one! She likes her own space to sleep but still likes to be in the same room as her foster humans for comfort. She’s great with kids but sleeps soundly and prefers not to be disturbed when asleep (don’t we all!). She loves her food as her waistline may suggest! She’s doing really well with her toilet training with only a few accidents since arriving.
UPDATE: Dora has been at the shelter since April 2023. She’s an adorable older girl who has spent her 10th birthday in the shelter. Although initially shy, she’s a well balanced girl and calm for a setter. She loves to run around outside but also very much enjoys relaxing in her bed as well, the best of both worlds! She’s very sweet and affectionate and extremely eager to give and receive attention!

Dora is a very sweet girl with a lovely character. She is very sociable and loves to be around other dogs. She’s a little bit shy at first but immediately gains confidence and once she does, she loves being with you. Dora is looking for a home with a resident dog as she loves their company
