English Setter, 7 Years Old
UPDATE: Now called Cooper, this lovely boy is in a fantastic foster home in West Sussex
Cooper is making great progress with toilet training in such a short space of time and sleeps through the night in his bed next to his humans. He adores his food! And in fact, anybody else’s that might be lying around too! He’s a bit of a sloppy eater and gets it in his ears too but it adds to his charm. He’s been great with any visitors he’s met and is very happy to have a big fuss made of him. He’s learning to play with other dogs and toys which is a joy to see and he’s learning to relax in a home, not having to follow everyone around every time they move. He loves people and adores a cuddle and so far he’s been great travelling in the car too. He’s a really lovely character who’s been overlooked for a year in the shelter and can’t wait to find himself a family of his own
Kun is a 7 Year Old English Setter, DOB 25.02.16
Kun is a beautiful English Setter, rescued from the Basque Country and arrived at the shelter in June. His hunter no longer wanted him and said he wasn’t good at hunting but he’s an adorable boy! He has a great character and loves people and other dogs. He adores children and doesn’t leave their side
Poor Kun arrived at he shelter in May 2023 very thin and constantly hungry, who can blame him! He isn’t used to being walked on a lead like most of our dogs so will need some training but he’s eager to please at the shelter
