English Setter, 4 Years Old
UPDATE: Korro is currently in foster in Sheffield.
Korro has only been in foster a short time at the moment but is learning all about family life, particularly how comfy a sofa can be! He is very happy snuggled up in a cosy spot and also likes a cuddle. He can still be a little bit nervous in the house but is doing really well adapting. He loves his walks, like most working setters! He’s currently living with a resident dog too and happy to share his space.
Korro is a 4 year old English Setter, DOB 19.08.21
Korro arrived with 3 other setters from the Basque Country. Sadly his hunter also breeds dogs and regularly tries to get rid of some when his numbers get too high. Poor Korro is much more nervous than the other dogs. He freezes and does not move, preferring to stay crouched in the corner. He’s warming up to the ladies at the shelter gradually and he now goes outside with the others, wagging his tail, in only a short space of time. He really needs a home environment and the love and patience of a kind family to help him come out of his shell. Korro will also need a resident dog in his new home to help with his confidence and help him overcome his fears.
