Blanca is a beautiful older English Setter, she is nearly 12 Years olds, her date of birth is 17.05.2010
Blanca was given up by her hunter because she is too old to be useful. It is awful to see these old dogs thrown away when no longer useful but sadly it happens all too frequently.
Blanca is active for her age, she is so cheerful and friendly with people and gets on well with other dogs, both male and female. She is a real jewel looking for a loving home.
The shelter say she is a very loving and sensitive dog, if there are any changes she will stop eating. They have a big soft spot for this girl, and as they reassure her and she gains confidence, she starts eating again. She is an absolute sweetheart, sensitive, gentle and loving. She deserves the best.
